It looks more like an earthworm with the segmentation down the length of the body.

CarbonAI shows it's not infallible - it labelled this sighting as Pheidole. I could be wrong, but pretty sure this isn't an ant. Jon

Found under rotten log. Fairly common. As far as I can tell they belong to the family Megascolocidae.
