@MatthewFrawley this is lacking the yellow around the head (female) & yellow on the sides of thorax (male) that Laeviscolia frontalis has. I was going to suggest Australelis anthracina, but the head, eyes, legs, wings are different (in addition to those white spurs on the hind legs). Not sure what this one is😩It does have a lot of similarities to Anthoboscinae sp. but there are very minimal photos available online….
